Start with a precise brief
An off-market search begins with intended use, location, approximate budget and timing. A broad request produces broad introductions; a precise brief lets an adviser assess whether a private asset is relevant before asking an owner to share information.
Discretion goes both ways
A seller may wish to limit photographs, pricing and identifying details. A buyer should also control what is shared about their identity and financing. A staged process can begin with a non-identifying summary, followed by a fuller dossier when both sides agree to proceed.
Verify before committing
Private access does not replace due diligence. Ask independent Moroccan legal, notarial, technical and financial advisers to review title, charges, permissions, condition and transaction terms. The Moroccan land registry, ANCFCC, offers ownership-certificate and cadastral-plan services.
